Atticus brings the totality of his 10 plus years of business experience to m0xy in order to pursue his personal love of industrial art and passion for supporting the Bay Area’s community of builders and makers. His specialty has been in strategic optimization for the automotive industry. Spanning traditional dealerships and bridging into online sales, he has developed & implemented standardized variable ops processes for Acura, Mercedes Benz, Dodge and Toyota. Atticus’s final work in the automotive industry was with Audi of America, where he contributed to doubling the closing ratio of key retail locations over the course of one year. Creating and leveraging digital education, establishing process and “best practices” at the dealership level, and empowering management up through the regional level to drive program engagement, improving the lead response process and buying-funnel tracking.
Through workshops, seminars and direct management Atticus has a proven track record of leading businesses, on the sales floor, through data driven analytics and by leveraging online services. Focused on the ROI of turning lead generation into actual sales and training teams to optimize individual’s abilities, Atticus is committed to proving the applicability of the incubator model to industrial arts.
